Honey Bee Meals


How does it work?

We provide either 6 or 10 delicious & nutritious meals each week.

6 meals are delivered on Sunday, 4 meals are delivered on Wednesday.

Choose only Sunday delivery or choose both Sunday & Wednesday delivery.


What meals do I receive?

You will receive the meals as specified on our weekly menu.

Our menu is set-up to service lunch & dinner from Monday-Thursday and breakfast & lunch on Friday.

Be sure to check the date of the menu and remember that our menu is updated on Tuesday mornings by 9am.


What if I am allergic or dislike a particular food?

All of our meals are gluten, soy, dairy and refined sugar free.

Not a fish fan? No problem. Add our No Fish option to your order.

Not a beef eater? No biggie. Add our No Beef option to your order. 

If you have other allergies, intolerances or dislikes please contact us.

We can accommodate dietary requests.


I'm vegetarian/vegan/pescetarian... can I order your meals?

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate vegetarian/vegan/pescetarian diets at this time.


When do I need to order by?

Orders for the week must be placed by Thursday at 6pm.

Please refer to the top banner on the website for up-to-date information on when your order will be delivered.


How do I know which meal size to select?

We offer four different meal sizes based on the amount of protein, carbohydrate and fat per meal.

Our Fitness meals contains approx. 35g protein, 40g carbohydrate & 10-17g fat per meal.

Our Fitness – Low Carb meals contain approx. 35g protein, 20g carbohydrate & 10-17g fat per meal.

Our Performance meals contains approx. 50g protein, 50g carbohydrate & 15-22g fat per meal.

Our Performance – Low Carb meals contain approx. 50g protein, 25g carbohydrate & 15-22g fat per meal.

How many calories are in each meal?

Our Fitness meals contain approx. 400-450 calories each.

Our Fitness – Low Carb meals contain approx. 320-370 calories each.

Our Performance meals contain approx. 540-600 calories each.

Our Performance – Low Carb meals contain approx. 435-500 calories each.

Calorie count may vary.

All meals are hand crafted and portioned to target macros as closely as possible.


Can I change the macronutrient content of my meals?

Our macros are specifically formulated to serve you best.

We can certainly lower the carbohydrate content of your meals – just add our Low Carb option to your order.

Low Carb meals contain less than 25g of carbohydrates per meal.


Do you have any snacks?

Yes we do!

Try our delicious coconut banana protein muffins.

Our snack options will continue to expand.



What do I do about breakfast?

Eggs are a great idea and easy to make on your own! 

But we do currently offer one breakfast add-on option - simply select the quantity you'd like and we'll deliver your breakfasts on Sunday with your meals.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within Toronto & Vaughan – north to Highway 7, south to the Queen's Quay, east to Leslie, west to Dufferin.


How does delivery work?

Your order will be delivered to you on Sunday and Wednesday evening. 

A one hour delivery window will be provided via email no later than the Saturday morning prior to your first Sunday delivery.


When are the delivery windows?

Deliveries occur on Sunday and Wednesday evenings between 6pm and 10pm.


What if the meals arrive at my door and I am not home to receive them?

It is ideal for someone to be available to receive your meals at delivery.

Our cooler bags will keep your meals cool for about an hour - depending on the outside temperature.

Just don't forget to return the cooler bag!

How do the meals arrive?

Your meals will arrive in individual, BPA free plastic containers in our black cooler bag.


Do I need to return the cooler bag?

Yes, please!

If you're home, we will take the cooler bag at that delivery but if not we will pick up your empty cooler bag at your next delivery.

There is a $25 charge for each unreturned cooler bag.

If multiple cooler bags are outstanding, meals are delivered in recyclable brown paper bags.


Do I need to/can I return the containers?

No, thanks!

For sanitary reasons, we do not ask for the containers to be returned. All of the containers provided are reusable and make great home organizers! If you do not intend to keep them, we encourage you to please recycle.


How do I store the meals?

Simply keep them in the refrigerator until you're ready to dig in!


How do I heat the meals?

All of our meal containers are microwave-safe.

Some meals (like our salads) do not require heating. To heat, simply open the lid (or remove entirely) and microwave for 1-2 minutes.
Heating time will vary depending on the power of your appliance and personal preference.  
Some meals are made in aluminum pans – please remove the food item from the pan before reheating in the microwave.


Can I freeze the meals?

We recommend consuming all meals fresh but some clients do freeze certain meals – like our casseroles, chili and muffins.  


I forgot to eat a meal! How long will it last?

We recommend consuming all meals within 3 days of their delivery and do not guarantee freshness following this time.


Can I add dressings/sauces to the meals?

If you’d like to, sure!
A splash of oil or vinegar with the organic greens would be a nice addition but the meals are perfect to consume as prepared. Of course everyone’s palette is different so if you’d like to add something we recommend checking ingredient labels (if you can’t pronounce it, toss it!) and opting for dressings/sauces without added sugar, preservatives and other faux ingredients.  


Are the meals organic/grass-fed/free-range/wild?

We always use real, fresh and quality ingredients and source organic produce and items whenever possible however our meals are not fully organic at this time.

Our fish is Ocean Wise & wild caught.


What oils do you use?

We only use high quality fats like: olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, sesame oil, truffle oil, sunflower oil & grapeseed oil.

We do not use canola oil or vegetable oil… ever!
