Due to the demand from clients, CrossFit-ers, runners, families and friends - Amy delivered Honey Bee Meals.
Amy, a former NCAA athlete, is a Certified Holistic & Sports Nutritionist and CF-L1 Trainer. When she's not planning menus, cooking or delivering, you'll find her lifting weights, running, coaching basketball and planning an adventure.
